Hei Matau Kawakawa - Pounamu Hook PendantHei matau are fish hooks fashioned in the style of Mui. These are symbols of abundance, prosperity, and wealth. They are also considered to provide good luck and safety on water, and are therefore thoughtful gifts for travellers. This matau was hand carved by Andy Ruskin from kawakawa pounamu. It measures 51 x 41mm and has an adjustable hand braided black cord.
